Returns & Exchanges

At Oklahoma Joe's, we stand by the quality of our smokers and accessories; if you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. All returned products must be in new, unused condition and in their original packaging to qualify.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your unused items in the original manufacturer's packaging, ensuring all manuals and components are included.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it to the outside of your box, covering any previous shipping marks.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Deliver your package to the designated carrier; once our warehouse inspects the return, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
